Introduction To Meditation – 2012

Meditation MelbourneIntroductory classes are held at the beginning of each year. The classes run for two nights, over a two week period. Teachings include:

  • Meditation techniques
  • Discovering happiness
  • Reducing stress

After the two introductory classes, you may have the option of continuing meditation classes throughout the year.

Held every Thursday night, these classes are suitable for anyone who wishes to explore aspects of Buddhist philosophy without making any commitments.
